Teaching & Advising
Research has impact when it is taught and passed on. I have significant experience in teaching and advising. I have taught seven college courses and presented my research over sixty times in academic and practitioner conferences and events. I am a professor of policy analysis at Pardee RAND Graduate School (PRGS).
Doctoral Courses

Policy to Improve Labor Markets for Disadvantaged Populations (Summer 2019): I taught a course at PRGS surrounding what research has taught us about labor market policy for low-income and vulnerable populations.
Econometric Theory and Methods II (Fall 2016): I taught a course at Carnegie Mellon University around applied microeconometric methodology, including causal inference, quasiexperimental design, and nonparametrics.
Labor Market Analysis I (Spring 2014, Fall 2015): I taught a course twice at the University of Pittsburgh on microeconometric methodology, including reduced form quasiexperimental design and structural econometrics including dynamic programming.
Undergraduate Courses
Intermediate Macroeconomics (Fall 2012): I taught a course at the University of California, Los Angeles on macroeconomic theory.
